Returns & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept items for return and/or exchange in clean, unworn, unwashed condition, with original tags intact in original packaging; merchandise shall not show any signs of being worn.

To qualify for a return or exchange, we must be notified within 3-5 days of the item being received and once we are notified, you have 7-14 days to return the item. Please know all returns and exchanges undergo quality and control review inspection for final approval. All items with a crotch are closely examined and tested; we never put previously worn garments back in our inventory, therefore, if we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we cannot accept it as a return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are not in pristine, new condition, original tags missing, and not in original packaging.

Any credit or charges on your account will be issued or credited to the original credit card on file used for the purchase. Upon receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse, the typical handling time to process your request is within 1-2 business days. Once returned merchandise passes the quality and control review inspection, you should expect the refund/credit on your account within 5-7 business days depending on the credit card issuer or the processing of your financial institution. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

For proper routing, please send the following information along with your return items:

  • Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Date of Purchase
  • Payment Confirmation Number
  • Reason for the Return or Exchange
  • If exchanging, specify new item Reference # and Size.

**We are not responsible for unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse with missing information for the return.



Suggestions

Please make sure items for return and/or exchange are in clean, unworn, unwashed condition, with original tags intact in original packaging; merchandise shall not show any signs of being worn.
For health and hygiene reasons, if you’re unsure about your purchase, we ask and request for you to try your new garment only over your own clean underwear when trying on items that contain a crotch.
We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your garments as these can leave marks or scents that may prevent us from accepting the returned item.
We kingly advise to try on the garment after taking a shower once the body is completely dry.
When trying on the garment we recommend not keep it on for more than 5 minutes as this may leave marks of item being worn and may prevent us from accepting the item to be returned.

We take health very seriously, therefore, our return/exchange policy was designed in a way to help “prevent the spread of diseases associated with the intimate contact of the clothing with the skin, including skin rashes, chicken pox, and other diseases that can be transmitted from the skin to clothing and then to store employees or buyers” (U.S. Small Business Administration website).

** We are not held responsible for health problems or allergies that may occur with the use of this merchandise. The intention of this merchandise is not to cure or treat existing conditions of health problems or obesity.
